How to read this feed and its coverage

Official incidents come from providers' status feeds. Website checks measure reachability, not every app feature or customer connection. Local notices describe the provider's named areas, not an entire country's internet.

Rising community reports require at least 5 different visitors in the last hour, and at least 3 times the previous hour. The same threshold is used for optional community emails. Reports remain separate from official incidents and monitoring alerts.
