Affects Admin, Frontend · Details Latest update (19 Mar 2026, 23:28 UTC): Comcast.net is having issues with email deliverability. Any automated email sent to a comcast.net email address is me with an error from Comcast and not getting delivered. We have opened tickets with both Comcast and our automated email service about this issue. For now, we'd encourage any CrystalCo
  • Amazon Sync Down (investigating, critical impact) Since 16 Feb 2026, 18:56 UTC. Affects Amazon · Details Latest update (23 Mar 2026, 21:42 UTC): We still don't have a firm ETA on when the Amazon integration will be running again. Our developers have made progress on it, and we believe we'll have something to test with an updated Amazon integration soon.
